The personal reception of citizens by the Mayor of Kazan is carried out in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law №59-FZ of 05/02/2006 “On the Procedure for Considering Appeals of Citizens of the Russian Federation” by the decision of the Kazan City Duma from 04/202006 N 14-8 “On Approving the Order and Terms of Consideration of Appeals of Citizens to Local Self-Government Bodies”, Regulations on organization of personal reception of citizens.

Appeals of citizens for the personal reception are registered in the department of letters and reception of citizens of the Administration of the Management Office of the Executive Committee of Kazan within three days from the date of receipt. It must be written and comply with the requirements of the Federal Law №59-FZ of 05/02/2006. The question in the appeal must be within the competence of the Mayor of the city and is preliminarily considered by the bodies and officials of local self-government, in whose competence the consideration of the matter is.

Applications of citizens for a personal reception by the Mayor of Kazan are accepted daily from 9.00 am to 18.00 pm (excluding weekends and holidays) with a break for lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm in the department of letters and reception of citizens.
