The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in the elections of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan and deputies of the Kazan City Duma of the fifth convocation. He voted at the polling station № 340 located in the Kazan State Institute of Culture. “As many as 464 polling stations have been opened in Kazan this morning. We note a very active atmosphere. Today, the weather is good and bright, the same as the future of our Kazan and the entire Tatarstan region. I call on all citizens of the city to come out and make their choices, determine their futures, and elect the Rais of the republic and deputies. Only together can we build a beautiful and prosperous Kazan and ensure a decent future for Tatarstan,”- said Ilsur Metshin. The voting for the Rais of Tatarstan and deputies of the Kazan City Duma of the fifth convocation is taking place this morning in Kazan. As many as 464 voting stations work in the city. Approximately 930,000 eligible citizens are registered to vote.
